6:00 am-9:00 pm. Last wash: 7:30 p.m.
Can I pay by credit card?
Sorry, we are a coin only store
Do you have large machines?
Yes, we have 60 & 80 pound machines that will fit comforters.
Do you have parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking.
What if I forget to bring detergent?
We sell detergent at our laundromat.
Are you attended?
Yes, attendants are on duty Monday - Saturday 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Wash & Fold:
What are your wash and fold hours?
You can drop off your wash and fold any time between 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday
Do you use a good detergent when you wash my clothes?
Yes! We use premium detergents such as Tide, Gain and All Free & Clear
How much does wash and fold cost?
$1.30/lb. for next day, $1.60 for same day (must be dropped off by 10:00 a.m.)
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $15 minimum.
Will you hang my clothes?
Yes. It is free if you provide your own hangers or $.25 a hanger if we provide them.
Do you wash my clothes with other clothes?
No. We always keep our customers laundry separate from one another
Pickup & Delivery:
When do you offer pickup and delivery?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
What is the turnaround time?
48 hour turnaround
How much does pickup and delivery cost?
$1.45/lbs.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $20
What if I can't be home when you pickup?
Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.
If I sign up to be a recurring customer, what happens when I go on vacation?
Just put a hold on your account in the software. We'll be back on the date you tell us.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, there are no contracts. We know you will stay with us as long as we do a good job.
